링키 구입이 가능한가요?
아쉽게도 아직은 구입이 불가합니다. 현재는 워크숍을 위한 소량의 키트를 보유하고 있을 뿐이며, 대량 제작을 하는 경우 페이스북 그룹을 통해서 소식을 공유할 예정입니다.
링키의 디자인은 오픈소스화 되어있나요?
링키의 디자인은 일정 기간 동안 오픈 소스로 공개되었으나, 현재는 더 나은 방식으로의 배급을 위해 중단된 상태입니다. 링키의 디자인을 상업적으로 이용하는 것은 저작권 위배에 해당합니다.
링키를 이용한 워크숍과 이벤트를 열고 싶은데 가능할까요?
링키를 이용한 교육자 워크숍, 기관이나 학교와의 파트너쉽을 통한 실험적 워크숍 등이 현재 가능합니다. 다만, 하나의 프로그램을 이용한 반복적인 워크숍 진행은 하고 있지 않습니다. 워크숍 의뢰 비용에는 아티스트 사례비와 배송 및 재료비가 포함됩니다.
워크숍을 진행을 위한 링키 세트를 가져오나요?
현재 약 20명 정도 규모의 워크숍을 위한 세트가 구비되어 있습니다. 추가적인 제작을 위해서는 사전에 논의가 필요합니다. 워크숍 세트는 판매되지 않고 워크숍 후 다시 수거됩니다.
링키를 이용한 설치 작업이 가능한가요?
링키는 장난감이나 교재일 뿐 아니라, 키네틱 아트를 제작하기 위한 재료가 되기도 합니다. 전시, 이벤트, 상업 쇼룸을 위해 링키를 이용한 키네틱 설치 작업을 외뢰할 수 있습니다.
Can I buy the LINKKI kit?
Not yet, unfortunately. However, we would keep you posted on the availability if there is any in the future via FB Group.
Is LINKKI design open-sourced?
It used to be but closed currently. We are planning to distribute it in a better way sooner or later. Using previously-shared design files for a commercial purpose is not allowed and infringe copyright.
Can we host the workshop in our school, institution, or event?
We provide teacher training and also hold experimental workshops in partnership with institutions such as museums and schools. However, we do try not hold the same kind of workshop repeatedly, and service fee and transportation cost should be covered.
Do you bring LINKKI along with you when organizing the workshop?
Yes. There are tools for less than 20 participants. Otherwise, the additional fabrication should be discussed beforehand.
Can we make an installation with LINKKI or can you make one for us?
Yes. LINKKI is not only a learning tool but material for building kinetic art. You can combine multiple boards to make a kinetic wall collaboratively or we can make a new installation for your event. (The artist fee should be negotiated in advance.)
